Anthropic has opened a public beta that puts Claude in a sidebar inside Google Docs, Sheets and Slides for all paid plans. It can rewrite text in place, build formulas, pivot tables and charts, and draft slides that follow a deck's existing theme. By default each edit needs approval. Separate connectors let users create and edit Google files from Claude's chat.
