OpenAI says it will wind down the contract supplying its models to Cursor, with access ending November 12, after SpaceX closed its roughly $60 billion purchase of parent company Anysphere. OpenAI cited a change-of-control clause and doubts that Musk-owned firms will honor its terms, not any wrongdoing by Cursor. Cursor keeps Anthropic, Google and xAI models; OpenAI is about 5% of traffic.
