Porsche Sells MHP to TCS and Signs a Five-Year, €1.25 Billion AI Partnership

Porsche has agreed to sell MHP, its 4,500-person management and IT consultancy, to Tata Consultancy Services for an enterprise value of €320 million, alongside a separate five-year technology partnership TCS values at €1.25 billion. TCS will build an AI mobility centre of excellence for Porsche. The divestment supports Porsche's Sportwagenschmiede 35 plan; closing awaits regulatory clearance.
