TCS wins multi-year AI deal to overhaul ABB's global network operations

Tata Consultancy Services has landed a multi-million-dollar, multi-year deal to run ABB's global network operations as an AI-driven, network-as-a-service model. Under ABB's five-year Future Network Model, TCS will replace fragmented multi-vendor systems with a centrally managed backbone spanning a global operations centre, SD-WAN and stronger security. The pact deepens a 20-year partnership; TCS shares jumped nearly 6% on the news.
