Google unveils Gemini 4 Carbon, its strongest model, starting with cyber defenders

Google has introduced Gemini 4 Carbon, a frontier model built for cybersecurity and long-running coding work, two weeks after Gemini 4 Argon. Google says it tops the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index and scores 88.2% at finding vulnerabilities on SEC-bench Pro. Access begins with a select group of cyber defenders; wider release to developers and consumers has no date yet.
