OpenAI launches GPT-6 Astra; Brockman says the 'AGI era' has begun

OpenAI has released GPT-6 Astra, a flagship model built to operate browsers, spreadsheets and desktop apps and finish multi-step work itself. President Greg Brockman told reporters he personally believes the AGI era has arrived, but left it to users to judge. Astra posted near-perfect scores on ARC-AGI-3 and ExploitBench.
